Cancellations and Payment Policies

  • You may cancel or reschedule your reservation any time up to 24 hours before your reservation start time. Within 24 hours, we cannot cancel or reschedule your reservation. Late cancellations are responsible for 100% of the appointment value. Missed appointments will be charged in full. Bookings made within 24 hours of the start time are not eligible for cancellations or rescheduling.

    To reschedule or cancel your reservation: Log in and cancel in your online account, call us during our business hours at (902) 469-0274 or email info@naturefolk.ca 24 hours in advance.

  • A valid credit card is required to book an appointment. You won't be charged the the time of booking.

    Payment is taken at check-out unless you have an existing pass on file, then we will mark you as paid at check in.

  • Please do your best to arrive on time. If you are running behind, you are welcome to come and use the remaining time you have left for your Nordic Circuit or Infrared session.

    If you are running late for a treatment your practitioner can choose to wait for you or not.

    You cannot enter a movement studio class once it has begun.

    We do not issue refunds for partial or missed treatments or Day Passes. No-shows are charged in full.

  • We totally get that post-sauna haze. If you forget to check out after your service, we'll process your credit card on file and automatically apply a 20% gratuity to your service.

  • A valid credit card is required to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged when booking. Cash is accepted at checkout.
