Come Join the Movement

Our yoga studio is intentionally small, with a maximum of 12 students per class. This intimate setting allows our yoga instructors to offer personalized attention and hands-on guidance. Our teachers are able to guide you closely, offering support and adjustments that help you feel confident and safe in your movements.
