Our private infrared sauna rooms are here for you to experience 60 minutes of total restoration. We encourage you to find your alignment; meditate, bring your favourite face mask, flow through gentle stretches or listen to a podcast or your favourite music by connecting to the in-built speakers in your infrared sauna. Reap the additional therapeutic benefits of the coloured LED lighting, located in the ceiling of your infrared sauna. This time is yours.

All of the infrared sauna rooms are completely private, meaning you can wear as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Bring your book, a dry brush or reading material, whatever you need to make this time yours. The saunas are equipped with Bluetooth speakers.

If it is your first time experiencing our infrared sauna you will receive an in-depth introduction to the studio & how to use the infrared sauna. First timer tips: stay hydrated pre and post sauna, limit personal care products.

There are two ways to get a pass added to your client profile:
Book an infrared sauna session and upon arrival, let reception know that you would like to purchase a pass.
If you are an existing client and want a pass on your account before you arrive for you appointment you can email or call us and we will add the pass to your client profile.
Why infrared?
An infrared sauna uses light rather than heat to warm your body. This radiated light is invisible to the naked eye, but penetrates more deeply into the tissues, muscles and cells, heating the body without heating the air. Infrared light enables the body to heal at a cellular level, using near, mid, and far light waves heating the body from the inside out.
This comfortable experience can help your body to detoxify without the extreme heat of a traditional sauna. With the added benefits of chromotherapy, regular infrared sauna sessions can induce—better sleep, relaxation, relief from sore muscles and stiff joints. This improved circulation also helps boost immunity and enhance skin health.
Colour light therapy
Our Sunlighten Full-Spectrum Infrared Saunas include an option for chromotherapy, also known as colour light therapy. Each infrared light wave and colour pattern carries with it unique benefits for healing the body and mind. Colour therapy is a wonderful tool to balance your chakra, aid in greater healing, and mood stabilization i.e. Seasonal Affective Disorder. Inner: reduces inflammation, activates the metabolism & increases collagen production.
Outer: can reduce the signs of aging with consistent use (due to higher production of collagen and decreased inflammation). Promotes skin cell turnover and stimulated the circulatory system.

Inner: orange is associated with the sacral chakra, and is therefore linked to creativity and assimilating new ideas.
Outer: enhances radiance in the skin, helping you to glow from within.

Inner: increases awareness and clarity of thought. Yellow has been used to purify the skin, help with indigestion, strengthen the nervous system and assist metabolism.
Outer: alleviates inflammation and can help with skin conditions such as rosacea, psoriasis, sun burns, or other skin conditions.

Inner: a colour associated with harmony, provides a neutral, positive calming effect. Sitting in green light can relax muscles, nerves and thoughts.
Outer: balances uneven skin tone and redness in the skin.

Inner: blue is thought to have a positive effect on all kinds of pain. This colour promotes relaxation and calm.
Outer: can reduce the bacteria that causes acne and whitens teeth.

Inner: used to address conditions involving the eyes, ears and nose. It has a calming, sedative effect.
Outer: calms irritated or inflamed skin.

Inner: Violet is used to calm the nervous system, soothe organs and relax muscles. Violet has meditative qualities.
Outer: helps to increase cell regeneration, which in turn helps to cleanse the skin and reduce inflammation.
