Naturopathy

Discover a more personalized approach to your health with naturopathic healthcare.

Practised in North America for more than 125 years, naturopathic healthcare combines modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural approaches to care. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, a Naturopathic Doctor takes the time to understand the full picture of your health, including your nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, environment, and personal wellness goals.

Your care plan is tailored specifically to you and may include practical diet and lifestyle recommendations, botanical remedies, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, clinical nutrition, and other natural therapies.

Whether you are looking for support with an ongoing health concern, hoping to prevent future illness, or simply want to feel your best, naturopathic healthcare can help you take a more active and informed role in your well-being.

Many patients choose to work with a Naturopathic Doctor alongside their family doctor or other healthcare providers. Naturopathic services may also be covered by private health insurance plans.
