Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage decreases congestion in our systems by increasing lymph fluid flow. The techniques are focused on the movement of the skin and are generally light pressured and rhythmic. This lymphatic treatment will prepare the body for an enhanced and immersive experience in our Thermal Circuit. As you flow from hot to cold in a relaxed state, you will experience a decrease in fatigue, swelling and pain. While increasing immune system functions and overall vitality.

Lymphatic Massage

Lomi Lomi (a.k.a loving hands) massage is a full body massage experience, based on the rhythm and flow of the ocean, this massage is meant to activate the natural rhythm and flow of our bodies allowing drainage, circulation, emotional release, and rejuvenation.

A Reiki, Lymph, and Essential Oil infused massage, it uses broad contact and repetitive flowing motions to bring you into a state of deep meditation and balance restoration.

Facial cupping treatment

Feel a sense of renewal of your body, mind and soul with this dreamy cupping massage experience. During a Renew treatment your therapist will focus on your back, neck, shoulders, face and scalp using a combination of dynamic cupping massage, gentle facial cupping and soothing swedish massage techniques while incorporating a lineup of natural and luxurious oils like prickly pear seed oil (a true elixir for the skin), jojoba oil, rosemary oil and a rosewater spritz throughout. Cupping massage uses suction to decompress and release fascia and soft tissues, promoting nutrient rich blood flow, moves stagnant fluids, encourages soft tissue to expel toxins and generally stimulates healing. Facial cupping specifically can also stimulate collagen production, decrease puffiness and fine lines, brighten and strengthen the skin.
