Our retreats and workshops are thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with your intuitive self—whether you're joining us for a half-day escape or a deeper, immersive experience.

Each offering is unique. Some include time in our thermal circuit, others take place in the movement studio, and many blend both for a truly holistic experience. Our instructors are specialists in their fields—passionate about what they teach and deeply committed to building a stronger, more connected community through shared practice.

We encourage you to explore the full description of each workshop to find the one that speaks to you. Some workshops also include delicious, nourishing snacks—so please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or dietary needs.

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and meaningful, so we recommend pre-registering early to secure your spot.

  • Yoga (m)assage Mini Retreat with Liseanne Macpherson, RMT

    Unwind in this Yoga Massage class, where restorative yoga meets soothing hands-on massage from Liseanne Macpherson, a registered massage therapist for over a decade. This experience is designed to release tension and leave you feeling completely relaxed.

    Afterward, enjoy a 2-hour Nordic circuit, alternating between warming saunas and cold plunges to invigorate your body and promote recovery. Finish with a refreshing, nutrient-packed juice from Sprout Therapy to hydrate and nourish.

    This experience is the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation for both body and mind.

  • Yoga & Face Massage Ritual Experience with Jillana & Diana

    Join long time yoga instructor Jillana and skin specialist Diana in our movement studio for an afternoon of awakening. Experience a unique blend of yoga and facial massage, designed to relax your mind & body and empower you to take control of your skin care. Unwind and unlock your inner radiance through this harmonious practice that will teach you the power of self care and show you how to tone and firm your skin through the magic of fascia massage.

  • Breathwork & Cold Water Immersion - Sunday Morning Selfcare

    Let’s start our Sunday morning by breathing life into our bodies. We’ll breathe together to some toe tapping tunes and then enjoy the thermal circuit where you will receive a guided cold plunge with Mandy, who is a SHERPA Breath & Cold Facilitator.

    You deserve this! It's a great way to regulate the nervous system and get ready for the week.

    Suitable for all levels, this workshop offers empowerment and revitalization.

  • CLUB NatureFolk: Breathwork + Cold Immersion with Mandy

    Join us for Club NF!

    We invite you to hang with us at Club NF for an extra energetic, breath & beats workshop + guided cold dip + 1 hour thermal circuit.

    Come unwind and relax, while your certified instructor Mandy guides you through breathing techniques to musical beats. Rest up in our in our Finnish sauna where you can warm up and prepare yourself for a shocking but revitalizing 2 min. cold plunge. Then spend the rest of your evening relaxing in our thermal circuit with full access to our facilities.

  • Ropes Workshop with Jillana

    *some yoga experience required

    Yoga Kurunta is a method of performing a variety of asanas with the help of a rope to enable the student to attain accuracy, agility and balance. Designed by BKS Iyengar, the rope wall offers support that can allow us to create space throughout the length of the spine. The ropes can be used specifically to alleviate such ailments as shoulder stiffness & lower back pain, as they can relieve pressure and compression on targeted joints. In addition they are a great way to find support and extension during inversions. Come and learn the Ropes!

  • Inversions Workshop with Jillana

    4:00-5:30pm $45+ tax

    Join Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, Jillana, for a deep dive into the benefits of going upside down! Inversions are a category of yoga poses where the legs are raised above the heart. They vary from popular poses like Downward Dog, to more complex arrangements like Headstand and Shoulderstand. Inversions have so many benefits such as relieving compression on the spine, improving blood flow and lymphatic circulation, and helping to remove waste products from our system through improved digestion and elimination. We'll journey through Handstand, Forearm balance, Headstand and Shoulderstand using a variety of props for guidance and support. If you've struggled with inversions or you've always wanted to learn how to approach these more complex poses safely, then this one day 'Inversion Immersion' is for you!

  • Group Osteo + Massage

    Group Osteo + Massage

    In this group osteopathy session you will engage in Brit's signature style, which focuses on nervous system resilience, and clearing stress from the body. The session will close with some gentle yoga postures plus massage.

    This permits you to experience:

    - Emotional & mental breakthroughs

    - Calming effects on your overall state of mind and body

    - Deeper awareness of the body-mind connection

    - Completion of stress cycles stuck in the body

    - pain relief

    The osteopathy session will flow into yin yoga postures supported with massage by RMT Whitney Bysterveldt.

    This session is not suitable for folks completely new to somatic release. There will be minimal explanation of the process. If you are brand new to Brit's work, it's advised you book a 1:1 first.

  • Fall Yoga & Journaling Workshop w Ashely

    Date: Sunday September 28th

    Time: 10:00 - 11:30am

    Invite the season and changes of Fall in with this 1.5 hour workshop that incorporates mindful journaling with prompts, a grounding meditation, and an all levels “earthy” yoga practice set to music that will leave you feeling anchored in your body and mind as we transition into the harvest and cozy season. 

    Add on an infrared sauna session or our thermal circuit to extend your experience.
