Drop in Classes

We do recommend booking in online to reserve your spot in a class.

  • Our studio space comfortably fits 14 students. We offer mats and props for every class. We do not have a locker facility for the movement studio, so please leave your valuables at home when possible.

  • Nature Folk supplies yoga mats and props for all of the classes we offer.

Please bring your own water bottle. There is limited space to store your belongings.

  • Check in with your yoga instructor if you are new to their class. Inform them of any injuries they should know about. If you don’t have a credit card on your file, you will be asked to check in at reception.

Arrive 10 minutes before your class begins so you can get settled without interrupting a class. Unfortunately, you won't be able to practice if you arrive past the class start time.

Please place your phone on silent upon entering the studio.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Those who do not not cancel their class prior to the 24 hour window will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Yoga Kurunta is a method of performing a variety of asanas with the help of a rope to enable the student to attain accuracy, agility and balance. Designed by BKS Iyengar, the rope wall offers support that can allow us to create space throughout the length of the spine. The ropes can be used specifically to alleviate shoulder tension & lower back pain, as they can relieve pressure and compression on targeted joints.
